Ingredients
  

  • lb boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-size pieces
  • ¾ cup orange marmalade
  • ¾ cup barbecue sauce any favorite brand
  • Optional Not Required
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes or sriracha for heat

Method
 

  1. Cook the Chicken
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with a light drizzle of oil. Add chicken and cook until lightly browned and fully cooked through.
  3. Add the Sauce
  4. Reduce heat to medium. Add orange marmalade and barbecue sauce directly to the skillet. Stir to coat the chicken evenly.
  5. Simmer & Glaze
  6. Let the sauce simmer for 5–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened and glossy.
  7. Serve
  8. Remove from heat and serve immediately over rice, noodles, or vegetables.
