Method
- Cook the Chicken
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with a light drizzle of oil. Add chicken and cook until lightly browned and fully cooked through.
- Add the Sauce
- Reduce heat to medium. Add orange marmalade and barbecue sauce directly to the skillet. Stir to coat the chicken evenly.
- Simmer & Glaze
- Let the sauce simmer for 5–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened and glossy.
- Serve
- Remove from heat and serve immediately over rice, noodles, or vegetables.
