Preheat Oven
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
Melt Chocolate & Butter
Melt chocolate and butter together until smooth. Let cool slightly.
Add Sugar
Stir sugar into the chocolate mixture until glossy and well combined.
Add Eggs
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Fold in Flour
Gently fold in flour just until combined. Do not overmix.
Bake
Pour batter into pan and bake for 20–25 minutes, until edges are set and center is slightly soft.
Cool & Slice
Let brownies cool completely before slicing for best texture.
