Cook the Beef
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook until browned and fully cooked, breaking into small crumbles. Drain excess fat.
Make the Special Sauce
In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle relish, paprika, and salt until smooth.
Warm the Tortillas
Heat tortillas briefly in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
Assemble the Wraps
Spread a generous layer of sauce in the center of each tortilla. Add cooked beef, cheese, lettuce, and pickles.
Wrap & Toast (Optional)
Fold tightly into wraps. Toast seam-side down in a skillet until lightly golden, flipping once.
Serve
Slice in half and serve immediately.
