Big Mac Wraps

Ingredients
  

  • For the Beef
  • 1 lb ground beef 80/20 preferred
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder optional
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder optional
  • For the Special Sauce
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickle relish
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Pinch of salt
  • For Assembly
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • cups shredded iceberg lettuce
  • ½ cup sliced or chopped dill pickles
  • 4 slices American cheese or shredded cheddar

Method
 

  1. Cook the Beef
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook until browned and fully cooked, breaking into small crumbles. Drain excess fat.
  3. Make the Special Sauce
  4. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle relish, paprika, and salt until smooth.
  5. Warm the Tortillas
  6. Heat tortillas briefly in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
  7. Assemble the Wraps
  8. Spread a generous layer of sauce in the center of each tortilla. Add cooked beef, cheese, lettuce, and pickles.
  9. Wrap & Toast (Optional)
  10. Fold tightly into wraps. Toast seam-side down in a skillet until lightly golden, flipping once.
  11. Serve
  12. Slice in half and serve immediately.
