- Pat pork chops dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add pork chops and sear for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add butter, brown sugar, and garlic to the skillet.
- Stir gently as the sugar melts into a glossy glaze.
- Spoon glaze over pork chops and cook 1–2 more minutes until fully cooked and coated.
- Remove from heat and rest for 3–5 minutes before serving.
