Ingredients
  

  • Beef Filling
  • 1 lb ground beef lean
  • ½ small onion finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika optional
  • Biscuit Bombs
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough 8-count
  • 1 –1½ cups shredded cheese cheddar, mozzarella, or blend
  • Optional Finish
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder or dried parsley

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until fragrant; drain excess grease. Let cool slightly.
  3. Separate biscuits and flatten each into a 4–5 inch round.
  4. Spoon a small amount of beef into the center; top with cheese.
  5. Bring dough edges up and pinch tightly to seal.
  6. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
  7. Bake 18–20 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  8. Optional: Brush with melted butter and sprinkle seasoning. Serve warm.
