Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until fragrant; drain excess grease. Let cool slightly.
Separate biscuits and flatten each into a 4–5 inch round.
Spoon a small amount of beef into the center; top with cheese.
Bring dough edges up and pinch tightly to seal.
Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
Bake 18–20 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Optional: Brush with melted butter and sprinkle seasoning. Serve warm.
