Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 small onion finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 cups fries frozen or fresh, baked or air-fried until crispy
  • cups shredded cheddar Colby Jack, or Mexican blend cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas burrito-size
  • Optional sauces: ketchup burger sauce, chipotle mayo, hot sauce

Method
 

  1. Cook fries according to package directions (or air-fry) until extra crispy. Set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with onion until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Add garlic, paprika, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Warm tortillas briefly to make them pliable.
  5. Assemble: add beef, crispy fries, cheese, and sauces to each tortilla.
  6. Fold sides in and roll tightly into burritos.
  7. Optional: toast burritos seam-side down in a skillet until golden and cheese is melted.
  8. Serve hot.
