Ingredients
  

  • For the Chicken Filling
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs, diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream or milk
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • For the Wraps
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tbsp butter optional, for crisping wraps

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Add chicken to the skillet and cook until golden and fully cooked.
  4. Reduce heat and add minced garlic; cook until fragrant.
  5. Stir in cream and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  6. Add cheeses and stir until melted and creamy.
  7. Spoon the mixture onto warm tortillas and wrap tightly.
  8. Optional: Toast wraps in buttered skillet until lightly golden.
