Ingredients

  • lb boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs, sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Cheesy Sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup cream cheese or sour cream optional, for extra creaminess
  • Wraps
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Optional Add-Ins
  • Chopped parsley
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Garlic sauce or ranch dressing

Method
 

  1. Cook the Chicken
  2. Heat butter or oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and fully cooked.
  3. Add Garlic
  4. Reduce heat to medium. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Make It Cheesy
  6. Lower heat and add mozzarella, cheddar, and cream cheese (if using). Stir until melted and creamy.
  7. Warm Tortillas
  8. Heat tortillas briefly until soft and pliable.
  9. Assemble Wraps
