Ingredients
  

  • Garlic Bread Bowls
  • 4 round bread bowls or small sourdough loaves
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon parsley chopped
  • Chicken Alfredo Filling
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice tops off bread bowls and hollow out centers.
  3. Mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley. Brush bread inside and out. Bake 8–10 minutes until lightly crisp.
  4. Heat oil or butter in a skillet. Cook chicken until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add cream and simmer gently.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until thick and smooth.
  7. Add chicken back to sauce and stir to coat.
  8. Spoon Alfredo mixture into bread bowls.
  9. Bake 5–7 minutes until bubbly. Serve hot.
