Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slice tops off bread bowls and hollow out centers.
Mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley. Brush bread inside and out. Bake 8–10 minutes until lightly crisp.
Heat oil or butter in a skillet. Cook chicken until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add cream and simmer gently.
Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until thick and smooth.
Add chicken back to sauce and stir to coat.
Spoon Alfredo mixture into bread bowls.
Bake 5–7 minutes until bubbly. Serve hot.
