Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil or neutral oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
  • 6 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 16 –20 frozen potstickers pork, chicken, or vegetable
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari adjust to taste
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • Optional: baby spinach mushrooms, chili oil

Method
 

  1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger; cook until fragrant (30–60 seconds).
  3. Pour in broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Add frozen potstickers and cook according to package directions (about 4–6 minutes).
  5. Stir in soy sauce and optional vegetables until just wilted.
  6. Finish with green onions and serve hot.
