Ingredients
  

  • Parmesan Chicken
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Garlic Sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Pat chicken dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Press chicken firmly into the Parmesan mixture until fully coated.
  4. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  6. In the same skillet, melt butter over low heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  7. Pour in heavy cream and simmer gently for 2–3 minutes.
  8. Stir in Parmesan cheese and season to taste.
  9. Spoon garlic sauce over chicken and serve immediately.
