Pat chicken dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.
In a shallow bowl, mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, and Italian seasoning.
Press chicken firmly into the Parmesan mixture until fully coated.
Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter over low heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and simmer gently for 2–3 minutes.
Stir in Parmesan cheese and season to taste.
Spoon garlic sauce over chicken and serve immediately.
