- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use a wire rack.
- In a bowl, mix chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheese, spices, salt, pepper, and salsa until well combined.
- Warm tortillas slightly to prevent cracking.
- Spoon filling along one edge of each tortilla and roll tightly.
- Place taquitos seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Lightly brush or spray with olive oil.
- Bake 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dips.
