French Dip Sliders

French Dip Sliders are warm, buttery mini sandwiches filled with tender roast beef and melted cheese, baked together and served with a rich au jus for dipping. Easy, comforting, and perfect for sharing.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 slider rolls connected, such as Hawaiian or dinner rolls
  • 1 lb thinly sliced deli roast beef
  • 6 –8 slices provolone cheese or Swiss
  • Butter Topping
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Au Jus
  • 1 packet au jus mix
  • 3 cups water or beef broth

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice rolls horizontally without separating them. Place bottom half in a baking dish.
  3. Layer roast beef evenly over the rolls, then add cheese. Place the top half of the rolls back on.
  4. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Brush butter mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.
  6. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes, until heated through and cheese is melted.
  7. Remove foil and bake an additional 5–10 minutes until tops are golden brown.
  8. Meanwhile, prepare au jus according to package directions.
  9. Slice sliders and serve warm with au jus for dipping.
