Ingredients
  

  • For the Grilled Chicken
  • lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika or garlic powder
  • For the Broccoli
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • Salt to taste
  • Optional: drizzle of olive oil
  • For the Creamy Garlic Sauce
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise optional, for richness
  • 2 cloves garlic finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Season the Chicken
  2. Toss chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika or garlic powder.
  3. Grill the Chicken
  4. Grill over medium-high heat until cooked through and lightly charred. Remove and rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
  5. Cook the Broccoli
  6. Steam, roast, or sauté broccoli until tender-crisp. Season lightly with salt.
  7. Make the Garlic Sauce
  8. In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise (if using), garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  9. Assemble the Bowls
  10. Divide broccoli and sliced chicken among bowls. Drizzle generously with creamy garlic sauce.
  11. Serve
  12. Serve warm or at room temperature.
