Method
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika. Lightly coat with flour if using.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook until golden and crispy, about 4–5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- Reduce heat and add butter and garlic; cook until fragrant.
- Stir in honey and chili flakes if using.
- Return chicken to the pan and toss until fully coated in sauce.
- Simmer for 2–3 minutes, then remove from heat and serve.
