Ingredients
  

  • For the Chicken
  • lb boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into pieces
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour optional, for crispiness
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • For the Honey Butter Sauce
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • Pinch of chili flakes optional
  • Salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika. Lightly coat with flour if using.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken and cook until golden and crispy, about 4–5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  4. Reduce heat and add butter and garlic; cook until fragrant.
  5. Stir in honey and chili flakes if using.
  6. Return chicken to the pan and toss until fully coated in sauce.
  7. Simmer for 2–3 minutes, then remove from heat and serve.
