- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together gochujang, honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Add chicken and oil to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
- Arrange chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 7–8 minutes, flip, then cook another 7–8 minutes until caramelized and cooked through.
- Optional: Brush with extra sauce during the last 2 minutes for a stickier glaze.
- Rest 2 minutes, garnish, and serve.
