Ingredients
  

  • Chicken
  • lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon neutral oil
  • Honey Gochujang Sauce
  • ¼ cup gochujang
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar optional, for balance
  • ½ teaspoon sesame oil
  • Garnish Optional
  • Sliced green onions
  • Sesame seeds

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together gochujang, honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
  3. Add chicken and oil to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry for 7–8 minutes, flip, then cook another 7–8 minutes until caramelized and cooked through.
  6. Optional: Brush with extra sauce during the last 2 minutes for a stickier glaze.
  7. Rest 2 minutes, garnish, and serve.
