Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • ¾ cup full-fat Greek yogurt
  • Optional Not Required
  • Vanilla extract
  • Cinnamon
  • Powdered sugar or glaze

Method
 

  1. Make the dough
  2. In a bowl, mix self-rising flour and Greek yogurt until a soft dough forms.
  3. Shape donuts
  4. Lightly flour a surface, roll dough to ½-inch thickness, and cut donut shapes.
  5. Cook
  6. Cook donuts in a lightly greased skillet over medium heat (2–3 minutes per side), or bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes, or air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes.
  7. Cool & serve
  8. Let donuts cool slightly before adding toppings or glaze.
