- Make the dough
- In a bowl, mix self-rising flour and Greek yogurt until a soft dough forms.
- Shape donuts
- Lightly flour a surface, roll dough to ½-inch thickness, and cut donut shapes.
- Cook
- Cook donuts in a lightly greased skillet over medium heat (2–3 minutes per side), or bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes, or air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes.
- Cool & serve
- Let donuts cool slightly before adding toppings or glaze.
