Method
- In a bowl, whisk together all marinade ingredients until combined.
- Add sliced beef and toss to coat evenly. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight).
- Heat oil in a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Add beef in a single layer and cook in batches, 2–3 minutes per side, until browned and caramelized.
- Remove from heat and garnish if desired. Serve immediately.
