Make the crust
Crush Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill for 20 minutes.
Whip the cream
In a cold bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
Prepare the filling
Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
Fold & add Oreos
Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Fold in chopped Oreos.
Assemble
Spread filling evenly over the chilled crust and smooth the top.
Chill
Refrigerate for 4–6 hours, or until fully set.
Serve
Garnish with crushed Oreos or whipped cream before slicing.
