Ingredients
  

  • Oreo Crust
  • 24 Oreo cookies cream filling removed
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • Cheesecake Filling
  • 16 oz 450 g full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • cups heavy whipping cream cold
  • 16 Oreo cookies roughly chopped
  • Topping Optional
  • Crushed Oreos
  • Whipped cream
  • Chocolate drizzle

Method
 

  1. Make the crust
  2. Crush Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill for 20 minutes.
  3. Whip the cream
  4. In a cold bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  5. Prepare the filling
  6. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  7. Fold & add Oreos
  8. Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Fold in chopped Oreos.
  9. Assemble
  10. Spread filling evenly over the chilled crust and smooth the top.
  11. Chill
  12. Refrigerate for 4–6 hours, or until fully set.
  13. Serve
  14. Garnish with crushed Oreos or whipped cream before slicing.
