- Cook noodles until just tender. Drain well and let cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, combine noodles, cabbage, eggs, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and pepper.
- Mix until evenly combined.
- Divide mixture into 8 portions and shape into compact buns.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Pan-fry buns for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Remove and rest briefly before serving.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce if desired.
