Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • ¾ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning optional
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for cooking

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) or heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a large bowl, gently mix ground turkey, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until just combined.
  3. Form mixture into evenly sized meatballs.
  4. Oven method: Place meatballs on a lined baking sheet and bake 16–18 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Skillet method: Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook meatballs, turning occasionally, until golden and cooked through.
  6. Rest 2–3 minutes before serving.
