Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) or heat a skillet over medium heat.
- In a large bowl, gently mix ground turkey, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until just combined.
- Form mixture into evenly sized meatballs.
- Oven method: Place meatballs on a lined baking sheet and bake 16–18 minutes until cooked through.
- Skillet method: Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook meatballs, turning occasionally, until golden and cooked through.
- Rest 2–3 minutes before serving.
