- Preheat Oven
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream Butter & Sugar
- Beat butter and sugar until pale, light, and fluffy.
- Add Egg & Vanilla
- Mix in egg and vanilla until smooth.
- Add Dry Ingredients
- Gradually add flour and salt, mixing just until combined.
- Shape Cookies
- Scoop or pipe dough onto baking sheets. Lightly flatten if desired.
- Bake
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until set and lightly golden on the edges.
- Cool
- Cool on the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
