Ingredients
  

  • For the Pancakes
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • For the Cinnamon Sugar Coating
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp melted butter for brushing

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  4. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  5. Pour batter and cook until bubbles form; flip and cook until golden.
  6. Mix cinnamon and sugar in a shallow bowl.
  7. Brush warm pancakes with melted butter and coat with cinnamon sugar.
  8. Serve immediately.
