Method
- Season the Steak
- Rub steak with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook the Steak
- Heat a skillet or grill pan over high heat. Cook steak 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare to medium. Rest 5 minutes.
- Slice
- Slice steak thinly against the grain.
- Warm Tortillas
- Heat tortillas until soft and pliable.
- Assemble Burritos
- Layer rice, beans, steak, peppers, cheese, and toppings. Roll tightly.
- Optional Toasting
- Toast burritos seam-side down in a dry skillet until lightly golden.
