Cook the Noodles
Cook noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Chicken
Toss chicken with cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Crisp the Chicken
Add chicken in a single layer. Cook until golden and slightly crispy on both sides. Remove and set aside.
Make the Sauce
In the same pan, lower heat and add garlic. Cook briefly until fragrant. Stir in soy sauce, honey, vinegar, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and broth.
Combine
Simmer sauce until thick and glossy. Add chicken and noodles, tossing until evenly coated.
Serve
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
