Cook the Turkey
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey, season lightly, and cook while breaking it up until browned and cooked through.
Add the Sauce
Reduce heat. Stir in teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, and honey (if using). Simmer 2–3 minutes until glossy and slightly thickened.
Cook the Vegetables
Steam or sauté vegetables until just tender and vibrant.
Assemble Bowls
Divide rice among bowls. Top with teriyaki turkey and vegetables.
Garnish & Serve
Finish with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
